Our prefabricated, steel frame construction techniques mean that we are able to complete construction of your new home very quickly. While it is dependent on the size of the home, as a general rule, once all the decisions have been made around your design and plans, and council approval has been obtained, we can complete your build within 24 - 26 weeks. Every detail of your build will be pre-arranged, providing the information required to accurately determine your build time. This will be included in your contract and protected by our Build Time Guarantee.
