Mike & Christine established Homes4you and have been building new homes in Tasmania & Queensland for over 20 years.

Mike was also the very first company in Tasmania to setup a steel roll forming factory to manufacture quality prefabricated steel house framing that has been operating for over 15 years and still operating to this day under the Homes4you banner.

Mike is also an accredited green smart home builder throught the HIA member awards.

COMPUTER DESIGN

Your building components are designed and scheduled with our 3D software program allowing you to view the framing structure in 3D before your home is built and us to generate precise cutting lists and exact dimensions.

DESIGN FLEXIBILITY

Our flexibility allows you to change internal plans and move walls, windows and doors. From the foundations to the roof, the home is truly individualised to your detailed requirements.
